- Client Spaces: These are private, restricted areas. Access is granted only to active clients of Avvi Technologies.
- Client Announcements: These are confidential communications intended for clients only. Sharing these announcements outside the platform is a breach of these terms.
III. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any other client’s space.
- Use the platform to distribute spam, malware, or unlawful content.
- Modify, adapt, or hack the Platform or falsely imply that another website is associated with Avvi Technologies.
- Extract data (scraping) from the free resources section for commercial resale.
IV. Intellectual Property
- Our Content: All logos, designs, text, and free resources are the property of Avvi Technologies. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use free resources for personal or internal business use.
- Your Content: You retain ownership of the data you upload to your client space. By uploading it, you grant us the right to use it solely for the purpose of fulfilling our web development services to you.
V. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, or if our business relationship as a client concludes.
VI. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Avvi Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform or any resources provided therein.
VII. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Faridabad, Haryana.
